成品鞋发霉翻箱方案
一、成品鞋发霉后，首先，用碎布或牙刷沾 iHeir-Clean 除霉清洁剂对鞋子做全面的清洁、杀菌、除霉，彻底清洁掉菌尸、霉灰，特别要注意目视不到的细缝处（霉菌多发地），然后晾干（注：羊京、西施绒、反毛皮等材料鞋子直接用毛刷清洁掉霉灰即可）。
二、对于已做过清洁杀菌处理的鞋子，我们需要做到其以后不再发霉。对此，我们有两法：
1、用喷枪将 iHeir-Spray 防霉抗菌剂均匀喷在产品上（喷枪压力应控制在2.5P-3.0P左右，雾化后均匀喷洒在产品上），然后连同鞋盒过一次烤箱或晾干。
2、用碎布或海绵沾 iHeir-QF 防霉抗菌膏均匀涂抹在皮革制品上，晾干即可。
注：此两种方式根据鞋子本身操作处理难易以及客户自身工厂条件进行选择使用。
三、考虑到翻箱处理的特殊性，霉菌的可繁殖、传染性，在翻箱处理时，尽量将之前用的包装纸、塞纸全部更新，更换过包装或在包装内侧刷或喷上适量 iHeir-Spray 防霉抗菌剂，自然风干再行包装出货。
