皮鞋发霉翻箱方案

一、杀菌清洁

对于发生霉变的皮鞋，我们首先得用毛巾或牙刷沾iHeir-Clean 除霉清洁剂对其做个全面的杀菌、清洁，彻底清除掉其上面的菌尸和霉灰，特别要注意的是那些目视不到的细缝处，然后晾干或低温（控制在40-60℃左右）烘干。

（注：反毛皮料子直接用毛刷清洁掉霉灰即可）。

 

 

                                                                    

二、防霉处理

1.经过杀菌清洁处理的皮鞋，将其放到鞋盒里面（鞋盒盖子打开，鞋面向上），然后用喷枪将 iHeir-Spray 皮革防霉剂均匀的喷洒（喷剂成雾状最佳）在鞋子上面，然后连同鞋盒过一次烤箱。

2.或者用毛巾或海绵沾 iHeir-QF 皮革防霉抗菌膏均匀的涂抹在皮革制品上面。

(注：喷枪压力应控制在2.5Pa-3.0Pa左右，雾化后均匀喷洒在皮鞋上面；以上两种方式可根据工厂条件及皮鞋本身操作难易而进行选择使用)。

 

三、包装处理

考虑到翻箱处理的特殊性，霉菌的可繁殖、传染性，在翻箱处理时，尽量将之前所用的包装纸、塞纸全部更新（包装纸用我司的 Dc.odorban 阳离子防霉包装纸更佳），更换过包装后在包装内侧涂刷或喷上适量的 iHeir-Spray 皮革防霉剂，自然风干后再行包装出货。

(注：iHeir-Spray 皮革防霉剂有一定的刺激性，要求环境通风良好，务必配戴口罩和乳胶手套，条件允许的话可戴上护目镜。如有其它疑问，我司可提供技术支持与专业指导，也可派专人上门现场指导。)

附：发霉原因

1.环境因素，如梅雨季节、仓库储存条件；

2.储存、运输时间过长，如仓库长时间储存、海上运输时间长；

3.所用防霉产品不佳，防霉处理不到位。
