iHeir-IPI001 锌离子硅胶抗菌粉是无机锌离子复合物为活性成份的广谱抗菌剂。主要应用于保护塑料或橡胶等制品免受细菌等微生物侵蚀，并能给予表面活性以提供制品表面抗菌的效果。iHeir-IPI001 能够缓慢释放锌离子。由于细菌表面带有负电荷，因此带有正电荷的金属离子被吸附在细菌表面，进而破坏其电解质平衡，导致细菌由于细胞壁受损而死亡。同时，金属离子进入细菌内部，与细菌的细胞酶反应并化合，抑制了细胞酶的活性和细菌的繁殖再生，达到杀灭细菌的作用。

1、广谱抑菌，有效地抑制革兰氏阳性菌和革兰氏阴性菌生长；
2、无机材料，耐热达 380℃，稳定，长效；
3、抗变色性好，通过特殊工艺技术控制金属离子释放的速度，因而不会在混合过程中或者由于时间增长而变色，且具有良好的耐紫外UV 性能；
4、分散性好，不发生团聚现象，很容易分散到各类基材中；
5、不含砷，不含锡，无 VOCs；
