适用于生产具有抗菌、防臭、防霉功能的床单、内衣、毛巾、袜子、地毯、无纺布、鞋用布、装饰用布等。
使用方法
抗菌整理剂 iHeir- PG 处理织物的方法可以是浸轧、浸渍、喷雾、涂层、涂刷。通常用量多为2～4% o.w.f，具体用量根据被处理织物的品种和用途而确定。
1、浸轧法
用量：20-40 g/l， pH 6-8，常温浸轧， 轧液率：70%，烘干100-170 ℃
2、浸渍法
用量：2-4 %（o.w.f.）， pH 6-8， 温度：50℃， 时间：20-30分钟， 直接脱水，100-170 ℃烘干
3、喷涂法
将iHeir- PG 稀释25-50 倍后均匀的喷涂在无纺布表面，具体喷涂量和无纺布的厚度，生产线的运行速度有关
使用说明
1、适用检测方法：AATCC100、AATCC147；
2、烘干固着：温度可以高至170℃，但不是必须的，iHeir- PG 不需要热定型固着，简单的烘干纺织品就可以充分固着了。使用温度在0℃以上的环境，摇动后使用, 使用时请配戴橡胶手套和眼罩和面具，避免直接用手去接触分散液, 避免接触到皮肤、眼睛和粘膜，一旦接触应立即用大量水冲洗不可延误！
贮存/运输
常温贮存 1年；非危险品。
