箱包发霉翻箱方案
一、杀菌清洁
对于已经发生霉变的箱包，我们首先用碎布或毛刷沾 iHeir-clean 除霉清洁剂对箱包做全面的做清洁、杀菌，特别要注意目视不到的细缝处，要彻底清洁掉菌尸、霉灰，然后晾干或低温（控制在40-60℃左右，亦可根据箱包材质设定）烘干。
（注：羊京、西施绒、反毛皮等材料的箱包直接用毛刷清洁掉霉灰即可。）
二、防霉处理
方法一：经过杀菌清洁处理的箱包，用喷枪将 iHeir-Spray1 防霉抗菌剂均匀喷（喷剂成雾状最佳）在其上面，晾干或烘干。
方法二：用毛巾或海绵沾 iHeir-QF 防霉抗菌膏均匀的涂抹在箱包上面。
（注：喷枪压力应控制在2.5Pa-3.0Pa左右，雾化后均匀喷洒在箱包上面；以上两种方式可根据工厂条件及箱包本身操作难易而进行选择使用。）
三、包装处理
考虑到翻箱处理的特殊性，霉菌的可繁殖、传染性，在箱包翻箱处理时，应尽量将之前用过的包装纸、塞纸进行更新，待更换过包装后，在包装内侧喷或刷上适量的 iHeir-Spray1 防霉抗菌剂进行防霉除霉处理，然后自然风干（通风良好处数分钟即可）或烘干，包装出货。
四、包装防霉
在产品包装 PP袋内放置 Dc.odorban 防霉贴或 iHeir-F 防霉干燥包，包装产品的内盒和外箱应该保持干净整洁，Dc.odorban 或 iHeir-F 通过释放抗菌因子在相对密闭的空间里杀死细菌和抑制细菌的生长，使其达到防霉抗菌的效果，iHeir-F 亦可起到防潮干燥的功效。
（注：iHeir-Spray1 防霉抗菌剂有一定的刺激性，要求环境通风良好，务必配戴口罩、乳胶手套和护目镜。如有其它疑问，我司可提供技术支持与专业指导，也可派专人上门现场指导。）
